iOS Forensic Toolkit 10.01 expands agent-based extraction up to iOS 18.7.1 for M-series iPads

iOS Forensic Toolkit 10.01 expands agent-based low-level extraction support, bringing M-series iPads into the mix. The update boosts the range of iPadOS versions supported on these models all the way from iPadOS 16.6.1 to 18.7.1.

In this release, we focused on expanding agent-based extraction capabilities. The previous major release introduced support for the entire iOS 17 branch and adds initial iOS 18 support, covering versions 18.0 through 18.7.1. However, when it comes to iPads, this extended support was only available for iPad models based on A-series chips; for M-based iPads, the maximum supported version of iPadOS remained 16.6.1.

This update breaks the dam, finally bringing the same level of iPadOS support for low-level agent extraction also to M-series iPads. For these models, iOS Forensic Toolkit 10.01 now supports all versions of iPadOS these devices are capable of running up to and including iPadOS 18.7.1, with no gaps or omissions.
